1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup frozen green pea (baby peas are nice)
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten

In saucepan, bring chicken stock and soy sauce to a boil. Add chicken, peas and green onion; bring to a boil again.

Remove from heat; drizzle in egg in slow steady stream. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set.
