If you have hair damaged from chemicals (perms, hair straightening or hair coloring), hair tool use (flat irons, curling irons or blow dryers) or chlorine and the sun, try this banana and olive oil mask to help fix those damaged tresses.
Bananas are rich in tryptophan, an essential amino acid that can help strengthen hair, and potassium, a mineral which helps hair maintain a healthy pH balance.
