Food researchers have found the world’s healthiest multi-course meal after surveying over 4000 health claims made by supermarkets and manufacturers to attract shoppers.

The menu has been prepared by food scientists at the UK-based Leatherhead Food Research and contains a range of “superfoods” that can not only be used as a main course meal but also as extra snacks.
