If we could remember everything i have learned throughout my career dibetes is the big threat for human body. Today we need to lose weight . People ate well, but they worked well too. They woke up early in the morning and then engaged in a whole day's work.
This work was mostly physical labor; people worked on fields digging, sowing, and harvesting. They tilled their soil, rode horses, worked on farms and ranches. The result was that they could afford to eat almost anything they wanted in whatever quantities they wanted. But that was ages ago. The world has changed so much since those days. Life styles have changed so much and the comforts and facilities have increased so much. these comforts and amenities the state of physical well being has really changed. Most of us have sedentary jobs that demand little or no exercise at all. To put it simply, things have become so darn easy.

- Eight glasses of water everyday. There are some very important reasons for drinking water. It hasn't got any calories and it's devoid of caffeine and chemicals. Sometimes when you think you're hungry, it's really thirst that will curb the cravings. Cold water can be hard on the kidneys so drink it lukewarm. This is a common diet tip and most people know this, yet they still don't drink enough water during the day. You can put a bottle of water with your work place and take a sip along with work. At the end of day you will realize that you have achieved your target. Let me take my sip of water.
- Try and have some variety. When you do your grocery shopping, buy some vegetables you've never tried before. It's easier to resist temptation if you have healthy foods in the house. Wash your fruit and vegetables in running water and eat it fresh.
- When you park the car, park it a block or two away from your bank, grocery store, dry cleaners and enjoy the walk. It increases your metabolism and you can burn off more calories per day.
- Don't take heavy meal at least 2 hours before sleep.
- Eat healthy. Avoid junk foods. Take good quantity of fruit and fresh vegetable.
- Rooms in home should be fully ventilated with fresh air and proper sun light.
- If you have pet in home always wash hands with antiseptic soap after you play with your pet or have touched his things like bed, eating bowl, leash or chain.
- Use good quality of floor cleaners with germ balsters.
- It is advisable about not using cooking oils for second time. Never heat oils to smoking points as it damages there fatty acids content and also there taste.
- Go for your routine medical checkup.
