Green Apple Salad



Apple can help you lose weight. Plus, this green apple salad is very easy to prepare.

  • Servings: 2-3
Ingredients
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
Method:
1. Cut the apples, carrots and tomatoes length wise. Place the apple pieces in cold water so that they don’t turn brown.
2. Mix carrots, tomatoes and coriander leaves and refrigerate them.
3. Add the apple pieces, lemon juice, honey, salt and chilli flakes immediately before serving.
